1. We provide one year warranty.
2. If items are defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
3. Any items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a replacement.

A:Sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 10-25 days, based on your quantity
Q2. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available,sample charge can be returned for mass production.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Airline, express and sea shipping are avalible.It usually takes 3-5 days/ 20-35 days by sea 
Q4. How to proceed an order for battery?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on Battery product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1-2 years warranty to our products.

Q7: What kind of certification could you provide for the battery?

A: It's custom-making design, no current certification, but we could apply CE, UL, UN38.3 and other related certification for you, but the certifications fee needs to be paid by you, if your quantity is big enough, certification fee could be refunded

Q8: Do you offer charger for battery?

A: Yes, we do, if you also need charger, please mention it when sending inquiry, kindly note that our charger cost is not included in the battery cost
